The Hawaiian coffee farmers that belong to our co-op are proud to grow and offer you a selection of specialty Hawaiian coffees rooted in ancient Hawaiian principles.
Our Co-op provides a variety of prime Hawaiian coffees from 31+ different farms. Our USDA Organic coffee is grown in the South Kona region rain forest nestled in the low maintain clouds at over 3,000 ft. elevation. Our classic Kona Arabica coffee thrives on the slopes of Mt. Hualalai in the rich fertile volcanic soil.
Wood Valley on the east side of the Island is the source for our Ka’u coffee, and provides a unique microclimate producing an exceptional high-quality coffee. And our coffees from the Islands of Maui & Moloka’i are grown and selected for their rare and special characteristics.
Aina describes our love and respect for the land here in Hawaii and is infused in every aspect of our coffee growing. Our mission is to promote sustainable coffee practices and to provide opportunities for our Hawaiian families and farms.

Cupping Details – Full bodied, easy drinking, semi-sweet chocolate, jasmine, smooth, light lingering bitterness in finish, mild and pleasing acidity.
Brewing Details – A smooth and creamy body with low intensity of aroma. The acidity comes through but is quickly subdued by the fullness of the body. Sweetness creates a low complexity and harmony between elements of chocolate, macadamia nut and light grain. Little to no bitterness and very drinkable.

Cupping Details – Kona coffee for the purists, this coffee has a balanced body with notes of cocoa, chocolate and hazelnuts, it carries a subtle floral and fruity flavor. Smoothly bold, its silky mouthfeel finishes with a bright and pleasing acidity.
Brewing Details – Smooth body with bold intensity of aroma. The lively acidity comes through its sweetly finish saturated with flavors of chocolate, berry, and hints of floral blooms.
